Abstract


With the development of online education, massive education resources not only provide online education with powerful service, but also give the management of educational resource a new challenge. Because the construction of educational resource lacks a unified and complete criteria, there are plentfy of complex and heterogeneous educational resource online. And because the development standard of the management system of educational resource, management practices and structural framework are inconsistent, which makes all these resources not shared by many or used repeatedly, and the platforms can’t operate interactively either. These, in turn, lead to repeative construction of educatinal resources and baffle the effiency and quality of the educational resource construction, and hold up the development of online education.The resources, in education field, refers to the vector file of students’learnging content or vector file of the evaluation of the leaining; if using the concept of object to describe the educational resource, it is something of a digital or non-digital object that can be learned, instructed or trained. It can be described by XML(Extensible Markup Language).The paper analyzes the grid applications at home and abroad by document analysis and case study method, summarizes their advantages and disadvantages. As for the problems mentioned, the purpose is to construct a education resource library model based on online education. Apply the internet technique to the construction of education resource library and solve the problem of resource using and sharing in the construction of education resource library.After much preliminary surveys and studies, the management system of education resources is defined in the grid. Globus is a actual grid based platform. To develop Globus based grid service is the major means nowadays. The mostly used edition of Globus Toolkit is Edition 4.0. It offers basic service of grid system, and can construct complex grid system.The originality lies in the application of internet technique to education resource library. And the paper mainly studies problem of filtering and uploading education resource. The model adopts a resource using standard that is universal to all education resources. This standard can effectively filter good education resource, improve the quality of education resource and optimize the sharing of education resources.
