As the number and variety of web service increase, service composition has been a critical point in the service oriented field, and the service compositon process inevitably invovles the choice of service to choose the best service composition .As traditional Web Service techonology is a stateless function response, it’s function is simple ,can’t respond to external event initiative and can’t coordinate to each other between service,so web technology is not fit for service composition. While Agent is a autonomous entities which can make decision, coordinate and study, service Agent is introduced which consist of Agent technology and service technology to make service Agent to study with each other to choose best service during the process of service composition.For the above,the paper extend classic BDI-Agent model,design service Agent model which consisit of belief model,goal model,action model and plan model ,then propose a service Agent self-organization algorithm based on fellowship.The algorithm choose the dependency solution which has most fellowship.After service composition ,the algorithm will adjustment the relations between service Agent to fit the dynamic change of service Agent.The paper also propose another algorithm which focus on increase the profit of service Agent itself based on alliance strategy.After service composition,the algrothim decide whether to found alliance relation to reduce cooperation cost and increase final profit.Finally ,the paper implement the algrothim based on fellowship in the Agent modeling system and agent running system.
