Abstract


The charging students work is an important part of the work of the university financial management , computerized information management of student fees and charges of Networking is essential for building a modern universities . Therefore, we focused on the actual situation of Chengdu Electromechanical College student fee work to develop a the the college charge management information system . In this paper, the characteristics of the college charge management system , based on the study of Chengdu Electromechanical College student fee status quo , Tuition Management Information system based on C / S model and its implementation . First introduced to the main content of this research purpose and significance of the topic and research , and in the introduction of management information systems and technology on the basis of the entire student fee management system , system analysis and design , and finally realize the system . The system uses a client / server mode architecture development foreground selection PowerBuilder 9.0 , Oracle 9i background database development . The system has a user-friendly, flexible and easy to use , high reliability , data security in Chengdu Electromechanical College Planning, Finance Department has been officially put into use , running in good condition , excellent user feedback evaluation , to achieve the development goals of the expected demand . The development and application of the system reflects today's student fee management automation, information technology development direction . The improvement in Chengdu Electromechanical College student fee management level , to improve the efficiency of the school work of the Planning and Finance Department charges , has some economic value .
