Abstract


The purpose of this study is to achieve the measuring of the relevant parameters of the flat plate slot array antenna , and thereby provide a reference for the further analysis of the antenna . For flat cracks antenna structural characteristics , its non-contact measurement . First, based on a scanned image of the flat plate slot array antenna for the fracture parameters of the antenna measurement . Crack image denoising , edge detection , binary , etc. pretreatment edge location to a single pixel , and then determine the edge points the three subpixel algorithm , to achieve high-precision measurement of fracture parameters . Second, the various parameters of the waveguide was measured. For the waveguide image noise characteristics during pretreatment experience template secondary denoising the edge coarse positioning , then through Subpixel better measurement results . Finally, the measurement error analysis , and describes the software prototype . Verified by the error of the measurement results and the accuracy of analysis , the rationality and feasibility of the measurement method of this article . Image processing technology to achieve a non-contact measurement of the Tablet cracks antenna and by Subpixel algorithm to improve measurement accuracy , the theoretical value and practical significance .
