Abstract


Marxism has extensive knowledge and profound scholarship, servant thought is an important part of Marxism. Based on summarizing the experience of the Paris commune, Marx and Engels advanced to break old state agency into pieces, establish incorruptible government for the people, they stressed that civil servant should give service to people, and there was public servant thought of the proletariate. Chinaese communists, whose delegate is HuJintao, carry on the cardinal rule of Marxism public servant theory, take and develop Mao’s purpose sense, Deng’s service sense and Jiang’s delegate sense, then come into public servant thought which has Characteristics of the times. All of these are in accordance with world situation, national situation and partisan situation.Hu’s public servant thought is Wisdom crystallization of chinese Communists since the new century, the core is“three thought for the people”, that is“Right of the people, love the people, benefits for the people”.Hu repeatedly warns the majority of cadres to be good servant for people, correctly use the power Given by people.Hu creatically proposes the main normal for public servant in the new time: People-oriented as Basic normal, control overall situation as capable normal, eight honor and eight disgrace as moral normal, Scientific Concept of Development as political achievements normal. New Initiatives to prevent Social servant from turning into social master: Promoting democracy Within the party, Strengthening Advanced Construction of the Party, Constructing and completing Institutional system which is prevental and punishable, Innovating Supervision system of Power operation.Hu’s public servant thought is the latest theory consequent of chinese Marxism servant thought, enriches and advances theory storeroom of Marxism servant thought, it has great significance for our Party to thoroughly put Scientific Concept of Development into practice, Construct Harmonious Society, strengthen ruling ability construction of the Party, build a team of high quality cadres, cultivate fine style of our Party and hold back corruption of power.
