Abstract

China’s property right market was dominated by the government, after the economic innovation and transformation and the special arrangement of the capital markets. Property right market has become the key component of China’s capital markets.There are certain problems in our property right markets such as unclear obligations and responsibilities, multi-management etc. More or less, these problems are obstacles from entering the capital markets.In this article, the seamless principle was used in the property right markets by analyzing its gaps and causes. Under this theory’s guidance, we will focus on the conjunction between property right markets and capital markets by combining its numbers and diagrams.This article will mainly focus on property right markets’entering into capital markets; Chapter 1, the background, significance, innovation and deficiency. Chapter 2, a review on the property right markets’ development and the investigation its market position. Chapter 3, analysis on the gaps of capital markets, its multi market structure by analyzing the fundamental of developed countries’ multi capital markets’structure. Chapter 4, put forward the concrete horizontal path after analyzing the property right markets’features. Chapter 5, put forward the vertical path based on the development of capital markets and capital markets. Chapter 6, provide detailed and feasible suggestions by promoting the property right markets’ improvement and involve into the capital markets more efficiently.
