Abstract


Recently, the professionalization of team building of collegiate counselors become the top priority in the construction of teaching staff. How to build a professional collegiate counselors team? First of all, to solve the problem of collegiate counselors’ performance management. It’s the premise of the professionalization of team building of collegiate counselors. By the examination, not only plays an important role of collegiate counselors’ work enthusiasms and efficiency, but also enhances communication between managers and collegiate counselors. This is indeed an important part in the professionalization of team building of collegiate counselors. Previous counselor examination is the method of using mathematical models and statistical treatment, this assessment is usually in paper and on artificial media as a vehicle to carry out. Therefore, this approach is difficult to grasp counselors’work timely and effectively. To this end, in this paper, the author attempts to establish a framework based on instructor assessment SSH voting system, achieving the counselor evaluation vote in the form of web-page. It makes counselors work more focused and effective, and improves efficiency in promoting counselor assessment without paper.In this article, the author briefly introduced the basic situation of the current voting system and the need to use design and development of related technologies. Then, the author in the analysis of system requirements is given on the basis of the overall system design, including the system into functional modules (ie, counselors assess voting system three modules:the login module, voting module, counselors module) and each module detailed design (eg:Counselors module functions:management voting system, voting history of providing information, teaching information management; counselor module functions: administrator for student to view instructor information; student module functions: implementation guidance score voting member). Finally, the author details the specific implementation of the system, respectively, using Struts2, Spring and Hibernate implementation of the system, the presentation layer, business logic and data persistence layer. And all the modules one by one performance test, and the results analyzed. The repeated testing of the system, the system has been basically met all the requirements analysis in the proposed target. However, due to the author’s own technical limitations, some of the modules in the system’s functions can be more perfect.
