Abstract


With the constant development of economy, the contradiction of environmental problems, the energy problem, the governance of corporate and the economic development is increasing. Socially responsible investing, as a special way of investment.,through the establishment of social responsibility, and choose the right investment objectives, as listed enterprises so as to encourage enterprises to actively undertake oneself should bear the social responsibilities, and can make the enterprise has enough money technical improvement, industrial upgrading and pay more attention to education and social responsibility of employees.Socially responsible investing as a kind of new investment in the western developed countries, the financial market is becoming one of the mainstream investment mode. Socially responsible investing compared with conventional invest, it pays attention to the investment and financial performance, the pursuit of social environment and the performance of the investment performance. Therefore, the new investment is more and more investors. Furthermore, the investment of social responsibility theory research and focused on research from the social responsibility of the financial investment and conventional investment performance comparison, to study how the social responsibility of the enterprise investment, promote enterprise behaviors to social responsibility.In recent years, our country enterprise due to lack of social responsibility caused a series of social problems, more and more serious. But also becomes the focus of public attention. Therefore, responding the social responsibility and become his current social concern. Through the establishment of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange in the index selection, and give reasonable listed companies to construct a weight of social responsibilities, which can give investment index of socially responsible investing investors, also can reasonable guide social responsibility for the flow of investment funds. And the simulation to establish a socially responsible investing, through the index fund performance analysis and Shanghai 50 index fund performance comparison shows socially responsible investing index fund was established to encourage enterprises not only social responsibility, pay attention to environmental problems, energy and corporate governance at the same time also can bring certain income to investors.
