Abstract


The 21st century is the century of quality , quality of winning one of the enterprises in the fierce market competition , is a powerful force for social development . Today, more and more companies realize that the level of quality management is one of its core competitiveness , quality management is an important component of their survival and development of enterprises . Industrial tape products are the the M core products , occupies a significant competitive advantage in the market . But in recent years , due to the pressure of raw material prices and competition in the same industry , improve product quality has become an important issue for the company to maintain its competitive advantage of the product market have become increasingly prominent . This paper describes the concept of quality research status of the course of the development of quality management and quality management . Second, the actual situation of the manufacturing sector of tape from M Company industrial analysis department organizational structure , process , product and quality system . Again, the analysis department main quality defects caused by quality defects reasons . Finally , the reason for the cause of quality defects , point to the surface , from concrete to abstract proposed management improvement programs to improve the quality of the product quality defects . This study not only improve quality management department of industrial tape M company has a practical significance , and the ideas and research methods of this study have important reference for quality management and improvement of other similar manufacturing enterprises .
