Abstract


Lean production as an advanced production management way, is widely used in modern manufacturing enterprise, the enterprise through implementing lean production to reduce production cost, improve production efficiency and shorten the production cycle time, improve product quality, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Lean production is a process of pursuit of perfection, keeping improving production process where all the unreasonable, eliminate all none added value activities in enterprises, to improve the productivity, eliminate the waste and continuous improvement.DM company come into china in 1998, the main products in China is high-end door control products. facing the expanding production scale, the enterprise is to keep up with the pace of accelerating market demand. implement the lean production, to improve the product research and development, production, sale and so on, to maximize improve to reduce waste and production efficiency, shorten the production cycle time, meet the changing needs of our customers and thus enhance the competitive in the market. at the beginning of this thesis,it brought in the background and significance.introduced the history background of lean production,to expounded the lean production thinking and strategies. According to the principle of lean production, it analyzed the DM company existing problems in stamping production line management, logistics management and so on, and came up with the solutions.According to the application of methods of lean production such as value stream mapping (VSM), total productive maintenance (TPM) and so on, the author worked out the improvement program and took it into action in 5S, process, inventory and so on. through the results of implement achieved in DM company, the thesis proved the lean production was a good guide for company to eliminate the waste and focus resources in amore flexible and effective manner.
