Abstract


After the quickly growth, telecom equipment manufacturing industry has entered its mature phase. It leads to a change in the key advantage of the industry. NokiaSiemens Network(SH)Company is a leading manufacture of telecommunication equipment. It become urgent issue that how to solve the problem to reduce the production cost and improve the product quality during the new products research and manufacture.In the paper, AOM system of NSN the company as the research object, first expatiate the company’s history and current situation, and then put forward in improving the quality management capability goals. According to analyze the existing problems of AOM system’s project quality management and present ways of improvement. By using the theory of quality data statistic analysis and project quality control tools and methods in the AOM system to solve the manufacture problem during the data statistic analysis and process control. The detail case validate that it can improve the capability of quality management after using the project quality management tools in the AOM system optimization.How to improve the capability of quality management and reduce the cost is the main problem of new product manufacture company.In the research, it validate that it can solve the problems of data statistic analysis、quality control and improve the capability of project quality management and reduce the cost by using the project quality management tools in the AOM system.
