Abstract


In today 's competitive world , companies in the face of the market, only to face intense competitive pressures , but also the face of market turmoil and a high degree of uncertainty due to the lack of the traditional supply chain management, resilience in the face of market competition and customer demand in a passive position , the enterprise supply chain agility raised higher and higher requirements. Companies must consciously improve supply chain agility to provide a higher level of disruption risk management and ensure uninterrupted service customers. As a manufacturing branch inside the most important industry - the chemical industry , the stability of the supply chain has a strong dependence . Based on the chemical industry supply chain management trends, has been insufficient to fully explain the flexible supply chain agility. Companies must require the use of internal integration and external integration to improve supply chain agility, ensure that enterprises can respond to market uncertainty. At present, the enterprise supply chain agility studies have focused on the operational direction from the perspective of supply and demand balance studies , and may affect the supply chain agility elements of organizational behavior theory is almost none. This paper uses SPSS, AMOS structural equation modeling , partial least squares regression (PLS) analysis of questionnaires and other methods of data through statistical analysis of a significant impact on manufacturing enterprise supply chain agility elements , and each element of the supply chain correlation between agility . Through some chemical industries and enterprises of the three elements of organizational behavior ( internal integration, external integration , external flexibility ) and organizational culture ( market -oriented ) analysis, research on organizational behavior elements of supply chain agility impact and for the chemical enterprise how to improve supply chain agility to provide some help.
