Abstract


Twenty years of China’s reform and opening up the market economy in China has been basically mature, enterprise procurement is now one of the most important market economy, the mainstream of the procurement, but also corporate control of procurement costs and improve key business performance. Small businesses because of funding problems and the quality of personnel, materials procurement and management are still using the traditional methods of management, the procurement process is not rigorous, behind the procurement methods, resulting in business inventories is too large, the high purchase cost, progress and development of enterprises causing serious impact. Based on the physical characteristics of procurement management in a lot of reading on the basis of various literature on the status of domestic and international materials procurement and management conducted a comprehensive analysis of their characteristics, similarities and differences; Operation based on current market different types of enterprises in China from the organizational structure, procurement management and procurement processes were discussed on ways to analyze, to a small business, for example, production and operation of small business status and management of the current status of the procurement of materials under management processes and procurement methods are analyzed to identify small businesses in materials procurement and management of the existence of inventory is too large, high cost of the problem, application of inventory theory, material procurement for small business reengineering management processes to address materials procurement and management of small business problems, and have achieved some results.
