Based on ecological idea, this dissertation, including theories of economy, management and ecology, analyzes and discusses net mechanism about industrial cluster.In order to make sure the accuracy of this dissertation’s content and scope and scientificity and feasibility of using ecological idea, the author brings in community theory in ecology to research net mechanism of industrial cluster, referring to coexistent and competent relationships. Based on ecological theory, this dissertation contrasts to individual’s competent tactics and species’relationship among biome and analyzes competent, coexistent and predacious relationships among enterprises. Firstly, analyzing influential characteristics of industrial cluster net, this dissertation concludes to basic platform, including trusty, acknowledge and skill, logistic and environmental net. Secondly, it dissects industrial net structure and its changes based on pattern of industrial evolution, making interactive advantage of manufacture, environment and resource net to extend to better net structure. Finally, it presents on industrial net mechanism based on trusty, cooperative and sharing resource mechanisms, and analyzes its efficiency, according to analytical method of competitive and strategic ideas.Finally, based on ecological idea, this dissertation takes Jing county of Heibei province as an example to analyze industrial net mechanism and provides useful suggestions and developmental strategies for rubber industry of Jing county of Heibei province.
