Abstract


Urbanization is the inevitable trend of the development of the society. The urbanization is essentially a gradually process, in which many factors such as materials, the funds, the information and the culture gathers to the city. It will make the city and countryside integration finally by the essential factors flowing reasonably and resources deploying optimistically. For a long time, with the influence of the planned economy system, china’s socio-economic urban-rural dual structure is significant. How to solve the highlighting issues of agriculture, and how to narrow the urban-rural gap,countryside and farmers have become the focus of the community.Chongqing is a large city with large rural areas,large reservoir area, large mountainous areas and ethnic areas. Although since the establishment of Municipality,Chongqing ’s urbanization process is very fast,Chongqing’s socio-economic urban-rural dual structure is significant. There is a long way to go for Chongqing to get Co-ordinating development between urban and rural. This article introduces the concept of Urban-Rural planning in the research of urbanization,analysis of Chongqing’s urbanization development in the context of the Urban-Rural planning,and from the perspective of the Migration of Agricultural Labor Force,Analysis of the driving factors of Urbanization,try to discover the reasons which hinder the city and countryside communal development. Finally,it try to propose the strategic conception of the development of urbanization, in order to promote it developing reasonably.This article is mainly divided into seven parts:The first part is the introduction.The second part is the theoretical and practical foundation.The third part and the fourth part study on the Urbanization Development Of Chongqing in the Context of Urban-Rural Planning .The fifth part analyzes the driving factors of Urbanization.The sixth part puts forward series policies to promote the process of Chongqing’s urbanization.The seventh part is a conclusion.
