Abstract


The establishment of the household contract responsibility system has greatly promoted China's grain production, but with the further development of the productive forces, the institutional innovation is also facing some new problems. The family unit of the small-scale production difficult to adapt to market, industry, organized the requirements, therefore, appropriate scale to become China's grain production and future development direction. In two ways to achieve the scale of operation, the land transfer even though it can expand production scale, but can not achieve the organization of farmers; food cooperatives in the family on the basis of decentralized management, not only achieved the benefits of scale, but also can improve the organization of farmers degree, is China's grain production to achieve industrialization, modernization and organization of farmers an important way. Governments at all levels have attached great importance to the development of food cooperatives, but there are also many problems. Relatively slow development of food cooperatives, farmers' professional cooperatives throughout the proportion is not high. In the era of market economy, farmers should be the subject of food cooperatives, but farmers who participate in food cooperatives ratio is not high, the active participation of farmers to be improved. This research produced by farmers and partner organizations conduct review and synthesis of relevant theory to construct theoretical basis of this study. Then in Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangxi three provinces 545 descriptive analysis of survey data, based on the multiple linear regression model was constructed on the net income of rice farmers were analyzed using Logistic model and thus affect rice farmers involved in food cooperatives behavior Empirical Analysis of influencing factors. Some of the main conclusions drawn are: first, the rice farmers through participation in food cooperatives can achieve economies of scale rice production, reduce cost, and increase rice income. Macro help to improve the degree of organization of farmers, small farmers to improve the bargaining position in the market, reducing natural risks faced by individual farmers. Helps to reduce the phenomenon of abandoned and safeguarding national food security. Conducive to increased mechanization of agriculture and the promotion of advanced agricultural technology to improve the level of agricultural modernization. Secondly, the rice farmers involved in food cooperatives act by the impact of the following aspects: characteristics of rural households, rice production and operation characteristics, the external environmental characteristics and rice production purposes. Analysis showed that: head of household education level, household income, agricultural income accounted for the proportion of the amount of labor in rice production, rice acreage, rice commercialization rate, the number of participating rice training, whether to implement the local rice paddy insurance and the amount of subsidies and other factors will rice farmers behaviors involved in food cooperatives have a significant effect. Third, the degree of government support to rice farmers involved in food cooperatives have a significant impact on behavior. Government supports more provinces and regions, the degree of development of cooperatives food is better. Based on the above analysis, summary conclusions, suggestions, accelerate and regulate grain cooperatives.
