Abstract


Thirty years, farmers’ role is changed, this group has become China’s reform and opening to the rapid development and industrialization of a new labor force. But they are social security of the project did not enjoy the good of you fit into our town on social security system; Because of our country’s dual economic system structure caused the current executes is dual social security system, residents living in town or village, enjoy is two different economic and social benefits, social security of the farmers level and compared to the city is very low, this fair value for social justice, it is not appropriate. How to break the dual security system, causes the farmer to receive better safeguard is Chinese scholars and government has long been the research question, the local government also has been exploring the integration of urban and rural social security road. From this research perspective, wujiang in change this dual security system process take a unique citizenization road.Through this paper, the study found of carrying out the wujiang years rural social security policies, especially for rural primary endowment insurance, landless workers basic life safeguard these two aspects of policy implementation and the subsequent through " Rural endowment insurance " turn " Urban endowment insurance ", and " Landless workers basic life safeguard t" turn " Urban endowment insurance " and so on a series of policy implementation in a certain extent effective to solve the local social security of the farmers problems, preliminarily contructed a unified social security system framework.
