Abstract


Commodity Circulation Network in rural areas is an important part of market system in rural areas, it has vital function and influence on the development of Economic and Society in rural areas. In recent years, our country has promoted the modern Circulation Network in rural areas, and make it as the important part of new country construction. Currently, multi-form and multi-level Commodity Circulation Network system has been taken shape initially in rural areas. Besides the opportunity, there are also challenges: the modernization level of Commodity Circulation Network in rural areas is low, the circulation costs is high, the circulation channel is in a disordered condition, especially some Distribution Firms exist the mistake direction of blind expansion, without the planning the layout of Commodity Circulation Network, it leads to the irrational structure and low efficiency of Commodity Circulation Network in rural areas, Commodity Circulation Network hard to develop in a higher level.The thesis analyzes the current situation and the problems of Commodity Circulation Network in rural areas, on the basis of analyzing Commodity Circulation Network development trend of developed country, also learns the experience of Suguo Supermarket Co. Ltd, the thesis puts forward the distribution pattern that rely mainly on dispatching of Distribution Center while making external assistance from dispatching of Delivering Net, the layout strategy that base on priority level of different rural areas. The thesis applies the Fuzzy Clustering Analysis to divide and evaluate the rural area as a reference; on the basis of priority level of different rural areas, the thesis applies the improved MCLP model to optimize the Distribution Center layout. Then the thesis makes case analysis of Zheng Zhou Commodity Circulation Network in rural areas.The thesis offers valuable suggestion to Rural Distribution Firms, offers reference idea and decision support to the layout planning of Commodity Circulation Network in rural areas.
