Abstract


At present, China has become the world's third largest construction market , China's construction industry has made great progress, but the rapid development also highlights a number of issues . Our construction enterprise contract management and claims for lack of knowledge , project contract and claims management level is still relatively low , coupled with relevant laws and regulations are not perfect , so that our construction enterprise development has been suppressed. This article first foreign contract management and claims Research conducted a comprehensive analysis , combined with practical engineering cases, claims for contract management and conducted in-depth research . This paper presents our construction enterprises should improve contract management through awareness , establish and improve the contract management system and management processes , and actively implement engineering and engineering guarantee insurance system , the establishment of a dispute resolution mechanism and contract claims properly carry out the work , etc., to enhance the construction contracting business contract management awareness , improve the level of construction enterprise contract management and claims awareness, promote China's construction enterprises healthy and sustainable development.
