Abstract


As economic globalization has led to increasingly fierce market competition, project management requirements are also increasingly higher. In addition to ensuring a successful completion of quality projects, but also requires a shorter completion period, a more flexible resource planning and more efficient. At present, many non-standard projects within the enterprise, due to the short construction period, more than the number of projects, lack of effective resources, project frequent changes and other reasons, largely can not be completed on time and in good quality.Critical chain project management has significant advantage in many ways, not only can effectively shorten the construction period, a reasonable allocation of resources and reduce waste of resources at the same time, it can also reduce the project risk through its buffer mechanism, and it’s also an effective solution to eliminate the uncertainty elements during project implement.This article analyzes the main theoretical methods of project management both internal and abroad, get the result that using theory of critical chain project management to optimize and improve management efficiency in non-standard projects. The main target of this article includes: to identify constraints and rational allocation of resources, identification and optimization of critical chain and buffer mechanism establish. Through analyze these three aspects, we can find out a set of project management system for internal non-standard projects to solve the problems include: current resources are not enough, the project can not be completed on time, confusion and other problems of in parallel project management. Through the try out in internal projects, it can result out that critical chain is an efficient way to solve the problems in non-standard projects.
