Articles by principal component analysis,select the county level of economic development activity,the development potential of the three major aspects of socio-economic indicators were19 of 87 counties in Xinjiang to distinguish between the economic level,is divided into developed,more developed,less developed,less developed Class 4. The three southern states in Xinjiang in 14 less developed county economy as the research object,in-depth analysis of the county economic development status and the main problems,from the natural geographic conditions, transportation infrastructure,economic structure,knowledge structure analysis,etc. The main reason for these problems,and tap underdeveloped southern states three existing county economic development advantages,including the rich resources of the police assigned conditions,strong ability of resources,regional cooperation, promising,favorable external environment for development and so on. On this basis,the authors propose a less developed state of the three South County Economic Development patterns and ideas,that it should be based on the rich resources of inland mountainous areas,relying on a good external environment for development, market oriented,sustainable development As a guide,the formation of agriculture, industry,tourism-based development model. While less developed state of the three southern counties need to emancipate the mind,and technology development, integration into the overall Taxinan Economic Zone,according to local conditions, bigger and stronger specialized industry,and play to regional characteristics,enhance regional cooperation,make full use of external resources. In Nanjiang three typical underdeveloped counties in the state on behalf of– Pi Shan County,on the aforementioned theory and empirical methods to verify the author’s development model and the feasibility of ideas.
