Abstract


In this thesis, on the basis of the mechanism of management theories expounded habitual illegal and habitual violation occurred , combined with electricity production habitual violation cases , find the influencing factors of electricity production habitual illegal ; through GH electricity companies habitual irregularity investigation , further analysis of the impact of the the GH electricity habitual violation management factors ; starting mode from the power company habitual violation of GH accident prevention research point to explore the habitual illegal management countermeasures able to adapt to the integrated management of electricity production , the formation of a set of actionable management measures that adequately play \goal of raising the level of power production safety management , prevention and reduction of habitual violation of accidents , and to lay the foundation for GH electricity company safety prevention and control project , effectively improve the security of the electricity production management level , and to ensure safe and reliable electricity production , cost-effective the operation , the actual significance of the larger power efficient operational management .
