Abstract


The management of efficiency supervision in scientific research institutes is a new subject. With the reform deepening of the system in research institutes from the reformation and opening, the inside and outside circumstances have been changed greatly .The research institutes start to actively carry on the efficiency supervision around the improvement and rectification and deepening the reform in order to adapt the trend of the development of modern economy, and continue putting forward new requirements to strengthen and improve the efficiency supervision. However, a perfect system of the efficiency supervision must be established upon a mature and general mode based on the original working so as to take it effect and protect the economic benefit from any loss in research institutes.The efficiency supervision in research institutes is taken as the major object for study in this paper. A survey on supervision and efficiency supervision is introduced firstly, focusing on described how to realize the control function in the management of state-owned enterprises. Then the status and problems of research institutes on the current circumstance are analyzed with the emphasis on features, content, program or flow management of efficiency supervision. Finally, suggestions are given to improve the efficiency supervision in research institutes.
