Abstract


Today the development of the world rely on the development of science and technology as the forerunner, and the level of the development of science and technology depends on breakthrough research by top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation. From the perspective of scientific and technological innovation to research the core values of that kind of talents, the essay analyses the ultimate lodge from their soul and the natural driving force on researching by them, and provide theoretical support in order to cultivate more and better top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation.With the method combined theoretical study with comprehensive analysis, the essay gives a preliminary definition about top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation and their core values, it presents evaluation’s standards and general formed way to the core values of them. The essay reveals the relationship between the core value system of the Chinese characteristic socialism and the core values of top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation by analysing the impact of internal and external causes to their core values.This essay includes these contents:Firstly, it concludes the study of background and meanings of the core values of top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation on the basis of Chinese and foreign analysis and reviews. It presents the main problems of recognition and cultivation of top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation.Secondly, it introduces the basic theories of forming the core values of top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation, including the definition of top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation and their core values and elavation’s stardard and the way of its forming.Thirdly, the essay introduces the influncing factors of the core values of top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation through analysing theirselvs’characteristic and external environment.Fourthly, the essay presents the way of cultivation of the core values of top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation on the basis of analysing the influncing factors of them. Fifthly, the essay reveals the relationship between the core value system of the Chinese characteristic socialism and the core values of top-notch talents of scientific and technological innovation by studying the core value system of the Chinese characteristic socialism.
