As the Internet continues to evolve, work is also undergoing significant changes . Management Information System (MIS) is being used by developers fit within the LAN C / S mode gradually to the appropriate WAN or Internet-wide B / S mode to change. With the completion of rural power grids , according to standard operating procedures for construction by each power supply enterprise strictly implement the relevant business personnel need to be drawing power line archiving, this kind of work before is usually drawn by hand or by using AUTOCAD completed , spending time than long or professional pertinence . In this paper, this situation, combined with the existing of a C / S mode, power lines CAD systems , proposed the establishment of a Web-based CAD system power lines . In this paper, dynamic Web applications designed for in-depth research, summarizes several ways to solve this problem , the first use of component technology , and the second using ASP.NET implementation, third use Java Applet implementation. By comparison decided to use Java-based implementation of Java Applet under Web graphics. Interactive graphics using the Java language, technology, design to achieve the following functions: circuit diagram hand drawn , including graphic symbols simple draw , erase, redraw , preservation ; Applet program , taking into account security issues , its digital signature to ensure that the client download and run a program from a reliable server. On this basis, the line CAD drawings of automatic drawing, the user input parameters, the system automatically plot the functions discussed. This software is a Web-based system powered by the standard operating procedures of sub-module, with client maintenance , easy expansion , remote applications and so on.
