Abstract


Reservoir resettlement has been associated with removes, land requisition, support. And since our founding, State Governments at all levels and departments to take all kinds of ways to support the resettlement, developing its production. As the < countermeasures on improving large and medium-size Reservoir Resettlement> 2006 carry out, State Government is going to execute a new round of large-scale for resettlement support. In various supporting ways, development of immigration policy takes a major role in Project-support, hold the dominant position gradually. The case of the state is unknown for Property support projects latterly, how could the factors of Immigrants participations to affect Property Ownership Project will be thrown into the spotlight.This is explanatory research actually, the sample was constituted from210 villagers that were subjected to questionnaire from YingJie Village, also combined the characteristic, general situation both domestic and international for analyzing the Reservoir Resettlement profile. We seek to understand the factors of Property Rights Project, we consider the views on system formation. Chapter 1 introduces the research background, significance of research review, research ideas and research methods. Chapter 2 summarizes the current situation of Reservoir resettlement, including the origination, characteristic of support policy, current status, degree of satisfaction; Chapter 3 introduces situation of Property Rights after the author carries on-the-spot investigation. Chapter 4 researches and analysis the factors and conclusion of participation of immigrants Project Property. Chapter 5 introduces the theoretical thinking after the analyzes of formation.The conclusion of the thesis is that Immigrants participations if the most important factor of project property rights, property right perspicuity creates motivation. Property ownership attribution process is also construction process.
