Abstract


China's automobile industry is in a period of vigorous development , the prospect is very broad . The automotive industry in order to maintain stable and rapid development , the need to vigorously carry out independent innovation , to establish their own core competitiveness . However , due to the limited level of development , the capability of independent innovation of China 's automotive industry there are still many deficiencies. Imitate innovation and joint innovation technological innovation activities in the automotive industry , accounting for a large part of the proportion of true core technology is still controlled in the other hand is not for my own use , the initial stage of independent innovation can rely on two means of innovation , but in imitation of To get the real core competitiveness innovation and joint innovation mature enterprises , must rely on independent innovation of enterprises primitive . How to create an effective path of independent innovation , managers should be thinking about the problem . In this paper, from the status of independent innovation of China's auto industry analysis for the automotive industry, a lack of independent innovation performance evaluation and other issues , combined with the EVA theoretical analysis , EVA is not only can be used as indicators of the performance evaluation of enterprise , but as a unified enterprise management thinking goal and enhance corporate culture. Thus introduced the EVA performance evaluation of independent innovation and innovation management , establish a set of independent innovation path . Independent innovation performance evaluation is part of the enterprise performance evaluation . EVA can evaluate corporate performance , the EVA index also can be used to evaluate the independent innovation . Four sub- mechanisms of decision-making mechanism , operating mechanism , control mechanism through the establishment of the dynamic mechanism of the automotive industry , the analysis of independent innovation , enterprise industry independent innovation path . EVA index regression statistical analysis , contrast EVA and traditional indicators of the impact of the enterprise value of the results of independent innovation . Come to the the EVA concept of independent innovation performance evaluation and management of cultural superiority . Combined with Jinbei Automotive case study the EVA index compared to the traditional index analysis of listed companies independent innovation . Finally, the independent innovation performance evaluation for the EVA corresponding countermeasures and suggestions .
