Abstract


With the development of the global economy and the aggravation of the market competition, the increasingly close cooperation between enterprises, especially the emergence of Alliance the traditional enterprise resource planning system can not meet the networked manufacturing environment.This article proposed the necessity of study the network-based manufacturing ERP production management system based on the trends in analysis of network manufacturing and enterprise resource planning system. It studied the production planning and job scheduling technology of the network-based manufacturing ERP production management system, combine the based on the scientific and technical project of Ministry of Education, it solve the members in connection with its own production capacity planning and material requirements planning such key ability draw up corresponding production planning in the network-based manufacturing ERP system, achieve alliance production manufacturing and response to the market opportunities better.This article establishes the structure of the network-based manufacturing ERP system for a single independent member enterprises of production plan, the reformulation balance process with the key resources just like production capacity planning and material requirements planning. The work plan when task allocation to the workshop and the job scheduling problem in the process of production plan, established the production planning based on the network-based manufacturing ERP management production system.This article study the production management in network-based manufacturing, realized between member enterprises of integrated task management, completed integration with the alliance enterprise tasks and the member enterprises internal production plan effectively. Solve network alliance enterprise draw up corresponding production planning, and job work plan based on the network.. Put forward the scheduling method in the job work plan and conflict digestion strategy.Based on the above theoretical studied this article make the ASP.NET as a tool to complete the prototype system design and development about the network-based manufacturing ERP production management system.
