Abstract

The Experimental study on the impact of sodium butyrate on the growth and development of Cherry Valley duck production performance and digestive tract, explore the growth mechanism of sodium butyrate affect duck, determined the sodium butyrate duck feed add appropriate level, to be reasonable Use of sodium butyrate to provide a test basis and scientific guidance. 240 1-day-old Cherry Valley duck, were randomly divided into four treatments (starting weight difference was not significant) of six replicates per treatment, repeated every 10 ducklings. Control group, basal diet; experimental group I added to the basal diet supplemented with 0.035% of sodium butyrate; 0.07% sodium butyrate added to the test group II, basal diet; experimental group III, 0.105% butyric acid is added to the basal diet sodium. The trial period 42d, test results show that: (1) growth performance calculation results show that: the average daily feed intake in the first week of the test group than the control group, after the test group's average daily feed intake gradually lower than the control group and the lowest feed intake of the test group II; average daily gain absolute weight gain with age increasing gradually increased to 35 days of age peaked and then decreased; feed conversion is not showing growth as the age law changes, but feed conversion of the experimental group than the control group in which to test the effect of the group II. (2) nutrient digestibility results show that: the proportion of added sodium butyrate significantly affect the absorptive capacity of crude protein, crude fat, calcium, phosphorus, protein digestion decreased; late in the test, the digestion of fat increased the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the test group and the control group compared to the performance of different; were higher throughout the test period, the test group II protein, crude fat, calcium and phosphorus digestion, its effect. (3) the digestive organs, the results show that: the different proportions of sodium butyrate content improved to varying degrees, including Cherry Valley Duck esophageal magnum and muscular stomach weight and the length of the small intestine in different parts of the esophagus the magnum of weight and cecum the length of the difference was not significant; esophageal magnum weakly acidic, its pH gradually decreased with age increase gradually stabilized, to the late; gizzard acidic pH remained relatively stable, with age increasing slowly increased, eventually state, adding different proportions of sodium butyrate reduced pH but the difference was not significant; duodenum, jejunum and ileum Ph value of its little variation with day-old, remained between 6.0-7.0, and with the day stabilize the increase in age, adding different proportions of sodium butyrate did not affect the pH of the small intestine. (4) The results show that gastrointestinal enzyme activity: Cherry Valley duck gizzard pepsin levels with age increasing gradually increase, peaking at 14 days of age; intestinal amylase, lipase activity were 14 and 7 days Age reached its peak, were higher than the duodenum and jejunum and ileum contents of amylase and lipase activity; trypsin small intestine, add sodium butyrate levels reached the lowest value and peak time, duodenal remained relatively stable throughout the growing season of the intestinal trypsin; jejunal trypsin peak at 28 days of age; dropped to the lowest value and then gradually increased ileal trypsin in the control group at 14 days of age, gradually leveled off after peaking at 28 days of age , group Ⅰ, Ⅱ consistent trend in the 7-day-old fell to the lowest value and then gradually increased to 14 days of age reached a peak, and then gradually stabilized; cellulase activity trend in the cecum, with day-old increases, adding different proportions of sodium butyrate cellulase activity was significantly higher after 7 days of age. (5) The results of the intestinal tissue structure: adding different proportions of the sodium butyrate Ducks intestinal structural integrity, structured, wall thickness decreased villus height, crypt depth shallow, V / C ratio. improved. In summary, under the test conditions, group Ⅱ (add 0.07% sodium butyrate) the effect of growth performance and digestive tract development Ducks through the digestive tract of enzyme activity and intestinal wall structure and thus the impact on production performance and nutrient digestibility.
