As the southern border region to develop the characteristics of fruit industry, the rapid expansion of cultivated area, resulting in the region's increasing demand for water, and water shortage has become a social and economic development in southern Xinjiang important constraint in extreme scarcity of freshwater resources Tarim Basin, rich in brackish water resources, rational use of brackish water in the region for a long period in the future and even inevitable trend of development of agricultural irrigation. Because brackish water quality is poor, contains higher levels of ions in the irrigation process will produce water and salt stress roots of fruit trees, irrigation water salinity higher degree of stress generated more obvious, it would seriously impede root fruit trees to water, nutrient uptake and transport. Soil organic carbon, nitrogen and low soil fertility and soil health is an important indicator, which directly affects the level of soil fertility and crop yields. This study of biennial Tianshan Junzao different salinity brackish water for drip irrigation, research jujube tree root zone soil organic carbon, nitrate and nitrogen in the distribution of the whole growth period; as well as the C and N There enzymatic action of the enzyme (urease and invertase) activity content analysis; and according to soil salinity and organic carbon, nitrate and nitrogen to establish the correlation between the model equations; analysis obtained by testing the soil organic carbon, nitrate nitrogen and nitrogen distribution in space. Concluded that: 1. Different salinity brackish water in the soil organic carbon on both longitudinal wavy, showing decreases and then increases the trend, volatility size varies with the degree of mineralization varies; When salinity 3g / L of water for irrigation treatment, soil organic carbon content in the whole growth stage of the largest and by predicting model also reflects a high soil salinity quantitative relationship between. Different salinity brackish water treated soil organic carbon content in the spatial distribution compared to the control treatment, there are big changes: the performance of low salinity treatment spatial distribution of organic carbon in a more stable, the greater the degree of mineralization in regularity of the smaller spatial distribution. (2) test the treated soil nitrate and nitrogen longitudinal distribution in the whole growth stage has a very similar trend: under low salinity decreases with the growth period, under high salinity increases; analysis correlated with soil salinity, modeling equations derived nitrate and soil salinity in 2g / L and 3g / L salinity treatments have a good correlation between nitrogen only 2g / L salinity treatments and soil salinity have good relationship, reflecting the nitrate and nitrogen mineralization process in different performance under different stability. In the space they exhibit very similar distribution trend. 3 urease at different salinity brackish water treatment in the whole growth period was \The remaining processing is not remarkable regularity; create two enzymes and soil salinity correlation between model prediction model that urease 2g / L and 3g / L salinity treatments showed good predictive, invertase in different salinity brackish water and soil salinity treatments were well correlated, high reliability prediction model. The spatial distribution of the two enzymes were associated with fertilizer and irrigation dripper position related to the more recent activity from the dripper content greater; different salinity treatments for urease catalysis, but sucrase showed counterproductive. 4 by orthogonal analysis of different salinity brackish water irrigation on yield of jujube, and the optimal pilot programs: A 3 B 2 C 3
