Objective: To establish nonnutritive obesity models in rats, observe different processingmethods to the fat rat weight and lipids intervention effect, explore the vinegar bubble pepperextract nonnutritive obesity rats effect reducing weight.Methods: Take just DuanRu rats were randomly divided into 5, only 50 small groups, and10 only, respectively, were model control group, white vinegar group, white vinegar bubble chililiquid group and orlistat group. One common group feed in ordinary feed, other groups innutritional feed, continuous feed seven weeks, cause nutritional fat rat model. Observe variousexperimental rats weight, adopt various methods to determine biochemical pharmacologyexperimental rats blood cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL),low density lipoprotein content.Result: White vinegar bubble chili liquid group of nonnutritive obesity rats after treatment,the experiments index compared with model control group, was significant difference (P< 0.05).Group compared with white vinegar has significant difference (P< 0.05), and the effect reducingweight is better; Orlistat group compared with no significant difference (P > 0.05), and orlistatgroup adverse reaction is more, white vinegar bubble chili liquid rats are appetite, urine allnormal, did not find adverse reactions.Conclusion：1. Successfully established nonnutritive obesity models in rats,2. White vinegar bubble pepper liquid ratio to the fat rat vinegar weight reducing effectmore apparent, and medicaments reducing weight orlistat effect reducing weight is similar, butnot all sorts of adverse reactions,3. White vinegar bubble chili liquid can serve as a kind of effective method reducing weightmethod for popularizing and applying.
