Abstract


Various occupations in the current competitive social environment , there are a variety of competition , high school teachers are no exception , the competition for high school teachers outer significant aspects on the basis of the literature study , the study native culture background, high school teachers in Henan Province , the use of implicit association tests ( IAT ) , Chen Guopeng revised competition attitude Scale and Yu Guoliang prepared teachers mental health evaluation scale comparative study . Compared and analyzed using the t-test and analysis of variance statistical methods , high school teachers, significant competitive attitude , implicit competitive attitude and level of mental health among study . The main conclusions are: (1) a different gender, different age groups , different seniority group of high school teachers do not exist significant differences in the benign competitive attitude and the attitude of excessive competition . (2) with respect to the implicit attitude of the competition , high school teachers more inclined to cooperate . ( 3 ) high school teachers of different gender , different age groups , different groups of teaching experience , including significant differences do not exist on the implicit level of competitive attitude . ( 4) explicit high school teachers a competitive attitude implicit competition attitude is very low , and not significantly explain their implicit competitive attitude explicit competitive attitude is independent two different psychological structure , with different psychological processing mechanisms . ( 5) high school teachers competitive attitude is an important factor affecting their mental health .
