Abstract


In 1937 Japanese imperialists launched an all-out war of aggression against China. To try to strengthen the rule of North China and change Huabei area into its rear base for further aggression, Japan did not only suppress Chinese people’s resistance and strengthen the implementation of economic exploitation and political oppression, but also but also carried out enslaving education to weaken Chinese people’s nationality and resistant consciousness and to consolidate its rule of North China. Enslaving education implemented by Japan in China is not only an important part of its policy of aggression to China, but also more deceptive, long-term and secret comparing its military occupation、political domination and economic exploitation. This paper tries to analyze enslaving education implemented by Japanese Puppet Regime in Huabei area and reveal the substance and harm of enslaving education to get to the root and realize the true face of history, to draw lessons from history and face the future, to cherish peaceful purposes and develops the stable and healthy relations between China and Japan, and to consolidate the political foundation of bilateral relations.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part analyzes the purpose and guidelines of enslaving education. Modern Japanese had formulated mainland policy and wanted to conquer China. They thought they wanted to conquer China, they must conquer the Chinese people and they wanted to conquer the Chinese people, they must first conquer the Chinese people in their thoughts. The purpose of enslaving education implemented by Japanese Puppet Regime in Huabei area is to weaken Chinese people’s nationality and resistant consciousness and consolidate its rule of Huabei area and change their concept of the State, train pro-Japanese, pro-Japanese ideology of enslavement, and make the young people subject to Japanese rule and change then into the faithful "obedient citizens" and to achieve a permanent occupation of China attempting. In order to achieve its purpose, Japan enacted propaganda and education guidelines such as eliminating weak the national consciousness, destructing Chinese culture and eliminate all anti-Japanese ideology." "in the date full co-prosperity, resisting communists together and constructing the new order in East Asia under the principle, carrying on the cultural work." and so onThe second part describes Japanese Puppet Regime’s educational administration and educational policy in Iluabei areas. After "Marco Polo Bridge Incident" Japanese Puppet Regime has set up "local vigilante, " "pseudo-north under the jurisdiction of the interim government and its Civil Administration, the local pseudo-", "pseudo-Government Affairs Committee of North China" and the puppet government. Puppet regime set up all levels of education administrations. These pseudo-education institutions developed and adopted many policies and laws to ensure the implementation of enslaving education.The third part uses a large number of historical events to analysis the specific situation of enslaving education implemented by Japanese Puppet Regime in Huabei area.Japanese occupied Huabei area and destroyed the schools in Huabei area wantonly, and then "recovered" and ran schools at all levels and built enslavement education school system through the puppet regime. They implemented enslaving education by Japanese Puppet Regime in lluabei area. In order to weaken the will of children’s national and patriotic enthusiasm, Japanese Puppet Regime removed teaching contents that easily cause against the consciousness, redesigned the primary and secondary school textbooks and changed curriculum, added Japanese language courses to strengthen Japanese language teaching and train students’ in pro-Japanese enslaving thoughts. In order to own a large number of enslaving education teachers, Japanese Puppet Regime trained and controlled teachers through a series of measures to attempt to get children to submit the rule of Japan.The fourth part reveals the substance and results of enslaving education. Enslaving education in schools implemented by Japanese Puppet Regime in Huabei area seriously damaged the North’s education, hindered the normal development of education. The substance of enslaving education is to weaken the sense of the Chinese people’s resistance,coordinated the Japanese attack and firms the political order in the occupied areas,destruct the will of children’s national and patriotic enthusiasm,culture and allegiance to the Pro-Japanese feelings and swallow China. As a large number of patriotic teach ers and students in Huabei area resist enslaving education,enslaving education implemented by.Japanes Puppet Regime did not achieve their purpose and was ended with the victory of the anti-Japanese war.
