Abstract


The party’s third plenum called on the whole party and people to firmly establish and implement the scientific concept of development and implementing the scientific development concept as our party’s new governing philosophy. The essence of the scientific development concept and the core is the people. To carry out and implement the scientific concept of development, it has to implement the concept of people-oriented economic and political and social life in various fields. Training of higher education as the main body, and must conscientiously implement the scientific concept of development, in practical work, people-oriented concept. University College Student Management as an important part of the management of a direct impact on the development of universities and the cultivation of talents.Over the years, the management of university students in China there has been a lot of defects. Managers in the management activities of the dominant position of students in the negative, blindly to emphasize their own authority, to be managed as a student, was bound to be regulated by the moving object. Management system of the students in this significant loss of the subject, enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. In the talent competition of the new situation, the university students trained in student management has been unable to meet the needs of country talent.Faced with these new challenges, college student management must be introduced to the concept of people-oriented, strengthening its own reform and innovation. In this paper, the management of university students in the people-oriented as the subject tries to analyze the management of university students problems to find solutions to the problem. This paper describes the topic of the meaning and context, and Chinese and foreign scholars on the issue of the status quo. Secondly, the analysis of people-oriented management of college students with the meaning and relationship between them. Again, thinking through the people-oriented analysis of the historical origin of the university students to find innovative management reform and the specific practices. Finally, the management of innovation and university students the requirements of the management of college students described in order to be truly people-oriented implementation of several changes.I hope that through in-depth theoretical study and careful reflection on practice will enable college students to people-oriented management model can truly carry out and implement for our higher education system to explore the feasibility of a road, for college students to create a healthy and harmonious culture orderly environment for the comprehensive development of the students cultivate virtue, wisdom, and create a favorable condition.
