Abstract


Nowerdays,science is developing ,meanwhile, the technic of website is more and more muture. Web2.0,as the most popular tool, has a very important feature: Users Generate Content,which makes the website chang a lot.People can not only receive the massages,but communicate with each other. Having DV makes people’s dream come true,that is recording everything and saying something by themselves. They would like record everything and make short film to make them understood. Today, website and tool of life recorder make the world smaller and smaller, people can get what is going about other people all over the world. That is the very reason why I make the web and digital video together in this article.The first chapter is about good value of DV. Nowadays,our lives is changing everyday, with that, the value of DV is changing,including something troditional and new.For example,troditional one such as recording lives,new one as developing of DV culture. I try to illustrate all the values of DV as complete as I can,especially in the NET’s days,it’s benefit features become more and more segment.The second chapter is about negative-going values of DV.DV has many positive-going values,but everything has two sides,so does DV.For example,nowadays,everybody can be the principle of massage,it means that lots of uncertain factors about massages exist.In other word,the supervision of website has some troubles.Another example,the cameramen should go to the local by themselves to get what they want.It means that their personal security cannot be protected.The third chapter is the thinking and prospect about the development of DV.In this chapter,I will think several issues about DV,and it’s development way.Science and technology is developing day by day,the production is also updating.Someone predicts that DV will be washed out by the market.The question is that the prediction can really be true?How does DV do to prevent being replaced by other tools?Can the culture of DV be certificated by people?How does some website about DV to be success?and so on.In this chapter,I will expound the above questions,and give some advices.The main aim of this article is to expound the negative-going value and the positive-going value of DV,and think about some questions of it’s development,prospect it future.Overall,in the age of the Internet today,the coming of self-media make DV have more and more positive-going values,the convenience to record lives it takes is particular noticeable.At the same time, we should notice the negative-going values:the crew is motley,the supervision and control is incompetent.Another line,how DV can survive in the age of science today,will lead people to think about the development of DV and its culture deeply.
