Abstract


Zhen Baohen,was one of the most outstanding Yangqin educators,reformers and composers in our country. According to his ideal of“improving Yangqin”, Taking our country music scientific theory as the foundation, profits from the foreign dulcimer’s manufacture foundation and idea of daring to innovation,through taking the initiative in the reform of Yangqin’instrument, creative skills and the improvement Yanqin education, which pushed forward the development of Yangqin music and made a contribution to it. It is universally acknowledged that, his viewpoint of innovation basis on our nation but also drawing lessons from foreign contries has great historic significance.
