Abstract

The weather forecast is a hot topic in our daily life, anywhere we will found there, newspapers, magazines, radio and television network. As a form of discourse, the weather forecast function is to provide the necessary information to analyze and predict future weather conditions of a region, a reasonable living arrangements and organization of production for the local people. Facts have proved that with the rapid development of society, weather plays an increasingly important role in people's lives. However, it has long been only used to focus on the practical value of the weather forecast, it ignores the value of the language of this particular form of discourse analysis. Weather Forecast discourse linguistic analysis, can make us better understand the of such discourse discourse model and its language features, so that we can more effectively to get the textual information. In this paper, the evaluation system theory to study a theoretical framework.
