Abstract


Mandatory and implement administrative sex is the most important feature of the compulsory measures, with administrative compulsory measures of state organs in order to realize the administrative decision content, often take all kinds of compulsory measure, disposal of citizens, legal persons or other organizations, and the rights and obligations of the rights have a significant impact.
