Abstract


we have successfully hold the Beijing Olympic Game and released“China fitness worker regulation during the 11th five-year plan.The next step ,we need spent more times and energies on Mass sports to fullfill the people’s needs.facing the new problem.we should make a reasonable and detail 12th five-year plan.Our goal is to improve all chinese people’s health quality and life qulity,especially for the youny people .highlight the health life style-sports brings happy life.After the Jinan 11th national games,the local government follow the national stratiges of Mass sport to gradually enhance the public sports orgnization .Jinan amateur basketball club have made a remarkable development based on the good situation.Baskteball is popurlor in china ,everyone love basketball.The most of them like playing basketball.,so basketball is improtant for Mass Sports .The ameture basketball club is the cell of the basketball orgnization.Compared with other club,Firstly,they have some common points.Secondly,they have some different points .Thought this kind of massure ,we have found some new problem.how can we deal with the problem.Firstly,we study the concept of amature basketball club.Secendly,we investigate the current situation of the Jinan ameture basketball club by using the quantitive method.Thirdly,we use the SWOT analytic method to find the reason that influnence the sustainable development of Jinan ameture basketball culb.At last,the paper give reasonable advice:the culb should share the resource with the government,the enterpirse,the school,and the community
