Abstract


It has been fifteen years since the ways of civil exercise were developed. With the investment enhanced, the number of ways of civil exercise is on the increase, especially in the communities, squares and parks. However, there are some problems about ways of civil exercise due to the short time to bring the ways into effect and relatively poor city planning in some existed communities, squares and parks.As the exposure draft of The sketch of Civil exercise Plan (2011-2015) clearly puts, "The focus should be put on the city community sports, and the lead ship of the sub district administrative office should be emphasized. With the cooperation with park administration and municipal administration, sports administration should boost sporting in parks. Therefore, we need to summarize the previous experience of ways of civil exercise to standardize their construction.Searching the materials in CNKI, the author acquires 68 relevant papers, which focus on five dimensions of the ways of civil exercise:layout and management of the ways of civil exercise; regionality of the ways of civil exercise; the ways of sports in special populations; workout techniques of the civil exercise; exercise prescription and the social benefits of the ways of civil exercise.Starting from the current situations of the ways of civil exercise in five districts of Shenyang, this article employs the means of sample survey and investigates all samples in 13 squares and parks. The purpose is to find out the current situations of ways of civil exercise in the five districts, explore some problems and put forward some suggestions to solve them.The conclusions are as follows:the number of ways of civil exercise in Shenyang has reached the demand, but there still are some differences in the distribution of them; there are some problems in the equipment installation in communities, squares and parks; the safety of several ways of civil exercise need improving; the ways of civil exercise should be supervised and maintained after being installed.Finally, corresponding recommendations are put forward:First, the ways of civil exercise should be allocated reasonably in communities. Second, the ways of civil exercise should be increased in the residence-type parks. Third, the safety of the ways of civil exercise should be improved. Fourth, the later maintenance of the ways of civil exercise should be perfected.
