In this paper, literature, survey, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods common in Henan Province 33 colleges of higher schools in 10 aerobics curriculum was focused investigation and analysis to identify Henan Aerobics Curriculum deficiencies of the current impact aerobics classes are set up scientific and rational factors are analyzed in detail and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for improving Henan Normal College Aerobics Teaching curriculum, the smooth implementation of aerobics teaching activities, and ultimately provide reference aerobics course objectives and reference. Henan Normal University aerobics courses number of generally low, and the number of hours aerobics theoretical lack of implementation; 4. Henan College Aerobics is a partial young team, professional relatively few teachers, and professional knowledge, teaching experience and research capacity needs to be improved. Aerobics professional teachers participate in professional training opportunities is relatively small; 7. Henan college students to participate in extracurricular activities aerobics situation is not ideal. To solve these problems and countermeasures proposed basic recommendations: 1. Relevant departments of teaching aerobics and reasonable development objectives and to further clarify the syllabus; 2. Scientific construction and improvement of Aerobics Teaching System; 3 colleges and universities should attach importance to the leadership of aerobics development as well as curriculum development, increase investment in aerobics, fitness playground to strengthen infrastructure construction; 4. relevant departments should regularly organize teachers training in theory and technology, training frequency of 1-2 times a year, and organize academic exchanges with reports, etc., to encourage teachers to conduct studies on the professional knowledge, to strengthen research ability, the relevant departments should be reformed teacher evaluation system, establish a scientific, systematic and comprehensive teacher evaluation system; 5. increase the number of aerobics courses , improvement of technical and theoretical lessons ratio; 6. enrich the teaching content of aerobics, aerobics increase special class kind (such as fitness hip-hop, Latin aerobics, kick-boxing, yoga, etc.), to broaden the content of theoretical teaching aerobics, aerobics related increase practicability of theoretical knowledge, focus on theoretical and Technical Course interspersed combination; 7. opened aerobics club and training courses, organize teaching the game to promote the formation of aerobics campus culture.
