Abstract

In 2004, Liu Xiang, the Athens Olympic Games men's 110 meters hurdles champion, inspired the enthusiasm of the growing number of people on the track and field events. Along with the rapid development of the level of competitive sports, track and field training organization and effect has also attracted the attention of more people. Sports System in the United States based on the school as the center, the U.S. athletes has reached a very high level of athletic performance and technology in the secondary stage, the successful experience of the United States competitive sports is worth learning and reflection. The school is a base for training personnel of various types, it is the best combination of education and competitive sports. To promote quality education reform wave, and tap the potential of the school sports teams, fully educating people to better play school sports teams Cultivating Sports Reserve personnel functions, both in theory and in practice are worth exploring study. High school as a \Therefore, the study of Henan Province model high schools track and field team training in the status quo, to propose appropriate countermeasures for the problems or can provide some reference to promote the healthy development of the province teenagers Talented Athletes and athletics. This paper uses the method in the literature, research survey, mathematical statistics, logical method. Henan Province in 2010, the twenty-second high school students the chance of the track and field sports, interviews, invited experts, track and field coaches and athletes to collect important data for the study. To participate in the 60 model high schools, Yudong, western Henan, south of Henan Province, in northern Henan, Henan in five regions, each region randomly selected 8 of 50 model high schools coaches and 500 athletes for the study object to investigate their training status quo and proposed countermeasures. The study results show that: 1. Contradiction between learning and training is still an important factor in troubled model high schools track and field athletes in Henan Province. Model high schools in the track and field team training in Henan Province, the status quo existing Development Strategies: schools should strengthen the athletes learning management measures, establish a reasonable phase separation of teaching and training management system. 2. Strengthen the training of coaches and learning to improve the level of training of the coaches' scientific and progressive realization of full-time coaches. Increase funding investment, improve the quality of the track and field training in scientific monitoring the perfect venue equipment hardware facilities.
