Abstract


Vocational education is an important part of modern education. With the recent state attaches great importance to vocational education, vocational education has shown a good momentum of development. Strong reform of the vocational education and student sources increasingly complex, the relationship between teachers and students of secondary vocational schools showing new features. Harmonious relationship between teachers and students a direct impact on teaching effect, the impact of vocational schools training goals related to physical and mental health and overall development of students, the relationship between teachers' work experience and career development. A major factor in the conflict between teachers and students affect the teacher-student relationship has become more frequent, more diversified, which need to attract the attention of professional educators and taken seriously, when a conflict occurs, the teacher should master the appropriate coping strategies and deal with the aftermath strategy. This paper attempts to the status of the conflict between teachers and students from vocational schools, on the basis of literature research, questionnaire, based on real data of the investigation report, the performance of the teacher-student conflict, influence, status and research into the causes, prevention and efforts to explore and strategies to address students' conflict, so that teachers and teaching management personnel to clear the inevitability of conflict between teachers and students, so that a correct understanding of the conflict, positive acceptance of the conflict, to take a scientific strategy for conflict prevention, adopt effective strategies to resolve the conflict, so as to build a harmonious campus, the establishment of democratic and harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The text is divided into five parts: Part I: Introduction. Research background, research status, significance, research objectives were explained in detail. Part II: teacher-student conflict Overview. Elaborated and this article the main concepts and defined the scope of the basic theory of the conflict between teachers and students. Investigation and Analysis of Part III: the conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational schools. Survey by teachers, students analyze the current situation of the conflict between teachers and students in vocational schools. Part IV: the conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational schools reflect the problems and their causes. Summary of the main problems of the current conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational schools, a comprehensive analysis of the causes of the conflict between teachers and students from five teachers, students, schools, family and social. Part V: the conflict between teachers and students of secondary vocational schools coping strategies. From the correct understanding of, and actively prevent and reasonable solution of the three recommendations were made and solving strategies.
