Abstract


Secondary vocational education is an important part of our high school education , and charged with the important task to train hundreds of millions of high-quality workers . Shandong for the construction of the coastal economic and social development of a the strong province needs a large number of highly skilled personnel , and high quality skilled personnel training needs to vigorously develop vocational education , especially secondary vocational education . After years of development , the Shandong Province of secondary vocational education has made ??great achievements , but still can not meet the construction of the coastal province needs of economic and social development , the status of the entire education system and the overall development of the national economy to be further enhanced . Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency , work harder to promote the rapid and healthy development of secondary vocational education in Shandong Province . Vocational education is an important part of the national education system , is an important means of building a moderately prosperous society and promote coordinated economic and social development , is also a form of education is closely related with the people employment life . Promote vocational education reform, accelerate the development of vocational education , the implementation of the strategy and this strategy to achieve sustainable economic and social development , improve the quality of workers , will accelerate the development of human resources , to broaden employment channels to promote the transfer of rural surplus labor . many aspects of economic and social development , and have an important role in promoting and facilitating . In this thesis through in-depth observation and systematic analysis of secondary vocational education in Shandong Province , and the collation and interpretation of current materials and in conjunction with other data to make a comparative analysis , to learn from the school of secondary vocational education in vocational education in developed countries and development experience to identify their own strengths and weaknesses , to sum ??up experience and lessons learned , and thus the direction for the future development of vocational education . Research on the development status of secondary vocational education in Shandong Province , the need for more than just promote the theoretical study of secondary vocational education in our province , is to promote the region 's secondary vocational education development , improve the quality of secondary vocational school as , thus boosting the city regional economic development needs.
