Abstract


Vocational education as a special type of higher education for the progress of society , the positive role played by the development of a national consensus . As the socio-economic development and upgrading of industrial structure , social , vocational education school quality increasing demands , and the high level of school quality based on a high-quality teachers . Vocational teachers only continue to participate in job training , continuing education , in order to have the a stocky expertise and deep expertise to improve and perfect the purpose of their own quality ; overall level in order to improve the current vocational colleges teacher status quo teachers . This is even after the development of vocational education in the only way , but the vocational teacher in-service training process , there are a lot of issues , vocational colleges teacher in-service training of inefficient , high performance , and also hindered the Vocational the development of education . The first three theories to the theory of teacher professional development , lifelong education theory and human capital investment theory -based analysis of the meaning and characteristics of the job training . Subsequently, the use of comparative analysis of in-service training of vocational teachers in Germany , Australia and the United States to study , sum up the experience of foreign Vocational teachers training of our inspiration . On this basis , combined with cases of professional in-service training of teachers of vocational colleges in Liaoning Province , to study the current situation of the professional in-service training of teachers of vocational colleges in Liaoning Province , and to seek vocational professional teachers from the current status quo in the training process problem as training pertinence , and inadequate funding for training , to address these issues , combined with the actual situation of the professional teachers in vocational colleges in Liaoning Province , learn from the successful experience of the in-service training of higher vocational teachers at home and abroad , proposed suitable vocational colleges professional teachers specific measures for job training , Vocational professional in-service training of teachers work to enhance the performance .
