Abstract


With the continuous development and improvement of the deepening of China's reform and opening up and the socialist market economy, China's economy has begun to move to the new road to industrialization, is moving into a new round of rapid growth cycle. China's industrial structure and the structure of the labor force is changing, the formation of the high-speed growth of the demand for skilled personnel situation. Vocational education shoulder the important task of training skilled personnel for the development of socio-economic services. At present, China's secondary vocational education is facing centuries rare opportunity for development, the CPC Central Committee, State Council and governments at all levels conferences of Vocational Education Conference, attaches great importance to vocational education, have issued a series of policies and measures to enhance vocational education strategy sexual status of secondary vocational education and broad development prospects. However, the problems faced by the secondary vocational education can not be ignored, for example, in recent years, the national college enrollment, secondary vocational schools generally decline in the quality of students, secondary vocational school students study clearly showed a different situation with the high school students learning objectives are not clear, and features: learning exist blindness, weak level of the basis of knowledge, lack of interest in learning, learning self-confidence, autonomous learning awareness and ability is poor, but the secondary vocational school students as well as the prevalence of lively thinking active, strong hands and interested in new things. Secondary vocational education must truly from the student's point of view, to the student-based Theory of Multiple Intelligences watch to be students and develop their strengths intellectual field, strengthen their weaknesses, strengths stronger, this will be the teaching of vocational education reform and farmers, and also to improve the teaching quality of vocational education, Vocational Education in the key. This paper first analyzes the research status at home and abroad on the secondary vocational school students learning characteristics, and pointed out the shortcomings, based on the purpose of this research project, the main content, methods and research significance. The subject extract part of secondary vocational schools in Hefei, students learn the characteristics, autonomous learning situation, family education status questionnaire and interview survey, then the statistical results of the questionnaire, the results were analyzed in order to identify problems and issues causes Finally, according to educational psychology, psychology of learning and vocational education theory proposed some measures to solve the problems in the secondary vocational school students to learn, and proposed vocational education should take into account the personality characteristics and learning characteristics of students, the establishment of the characteristics suitable for students appropriate sex education \sense of learning and self-learning ability and the reform of education and teaching methods countermeasures.
