Abstract

With the advent of the knowledge-based economy, the development of high and new technology, changes in the transition of the economic system and industrial structure, society requires that we not only have a large number of top creative talents, but also to have a large number of directly engaged in the production and service, the first line of the field of management posts and skilled laborers. The vocational schools bear the hundreds of millions of training for our walks of life engaged in the production, service, and the first line of the field of management positions for practical task of high-quality workers. Annoying the phenomena dynamically and developed countries, vocational education pattern of development trends at home and abroad in the post this article, Hubei Province vocational annoying phenomena questionnaires understanding of vocational students learning characteristics and weariness performance of combined knowledge of pedagogy and educational psychology from vocational students themselves, families, schools, and four levels of society to understand the weariness of influencing factors, and to explore the countermeasures to solve these problems, to improve vocational students interest in learning, to make it better completed vocational stage of learning, the power savings for the future to serve the community, service modernization.
