Abstract


We should vigorously develop vocational education, there must be a comprehensive high quality, reasonable structure, adapt to the development of vocational education teachers. The faculty building belonging to the construction of the most basic teaching is the fundamental guarantee to improve the quality of vocational education in China, the development of vocational education in the basic construction and also the development of the social economy and accelerate economic construction. Has been China's vocational teacher training and continuing education system for the development of China's vocational education training training a large number of qualified teachers play a huge role in a long period of time. With the social development, vocational education is facing more room for development, this closed imperfect vocational teacher continuing education system can not meet the needs of the development of vocational education, the vocational teacher development encounter \, the establishment of a system of open system of continuing education for lifelong education system is the general trend of the times, vocational education and healthy development of the inevitable. In this paper, the use of documentary research, historical research, systems analysis, comparative analysis, the first part of the introduction, this study proposed, literature review, research significance, as well as research ideas and methods to do the basic description; first two part analysis of the current situation of vocational teachers and vocational teacher training status quo, summed up some problems, leads to the requirements of continuing education system for vocational teachers; third part of the status quo of China's vocational teacher continuing education, including three parts, focusing on teacher training, adult education, self-education, summed up the remarkable achievements and some problems; fourth part is mainly targeted some foreign countries vocational teachers is a problem with the front two parts continuing education system to make a comparative analysis, summarizes some of their advanced experience; fifth part to learn from foreign advanced experience of developed countries, the actual continuing education for our vocational teachers continue to strengthen our vocational teacher education system based on , principles, objectives are discussed, and improve the education system of vocational teachers continue to ensure conditions and key measures. Innovation of this paper is to put forward some measures to build a vocational teachers to continue the education system, requires not only the efforts of teachers in vocational schools and vocational institutions, but also need the support of the community and the government's macro policies to macro to be protected, build a case only the inner external environment have to adapt to the development of high-quality vocational education teachers. I hope this article on some specific practical significance of the construction of China's vocational teacher and significance, and to some extent, make up for the lack of research of China's vocational education system.
