Abstract


The focus of this article is that currently the main factors affecting the employment of college graduates in China and put forward countermeasures for how to improve the employment rate of college graduates . Difficult problem for the employment of college graduates in China , in recent years , the government launched various policies to promote smoothly employment of college graduates , and provide support and help to maximize the employment of college graduates . Higher Education and the change in the mode of economic operation so that the former darlings lose the original advantage , the global financial crisis of 2008 makes the college graduates in the job market was sluggish even worse , the difficult employment of college graduates in recent years become troubled by a prominent issue in Chinese society . Solve the problem of employment of college graduates is a complex , we need the help tie it be possible to complete \After careful study , the author of this article attempts to put forward a number of Solutions . In this paper, using the literature method , survey , comparative law research methods for high education graduates' employment problem in-depth discussion , the text is divided into five parts .
