Abstract


Teacher education teachers' beliefs has always been the focus of research. Beliefs affect individuals more than knowledge to complete the task, problem-solving approach, to better anticipate teachers 'classroom behavior (Williams Burden, 2000). Properly and reasonably effective teaching teachers' beliefs is an important guarantee for teachers. Teaching activities of teachers as a leader and manager, with what kind of education would be his belief in what manner of teaching and managing a huge impact (Cho Chang Wood, 2004). In 2009, China Normal University for the first time to recruit full-time Master of Education. As a professional master's degree, the graduate training program emphasizes education practice, taking the postgraduate students need to complete their education and educational internships trainee practice teaching content. This study focused on the China's emerging groups in order to investigate a case study approach NORMAL two 2009 full-time English teachers' beliefs Master of Education changes during the probationary period. In this study, subjects were conducted three interviews, and access to interview subjects written during the probationary period of reflection diary. Through interviews and analysis of the study reflective diary, English teacher beliefs generated six dimensions, namely, profession of faith, faith in the quality of teachers of English faith belief that learning English for English teaching beliefs and teacher-student relationship of faith. The study found that teachers' beliefs on the five dimensions of change, that change, from scratch, strengthen, weaken and change. The study also found that students change teachers' beliefs teachers from schools in the field of domain student trainee teachers see, hear, feel the impact of the instructor, trainee occurring outside school field and student teachers in educational practice as a social who must face the pressure.
